Mrs. Daigle
Hi, I'm Julie Daigle. I am the art teacher at Peter Sarpy, Betz, and Central Elementary Schools in Bellevue, Nebraska. I am at Central on days 5- 8 of the 8 day schedule. I love teaching art! I have taught art, math, career and technology, and study skills. I also work with the Joslyn Art Museum to create lessons for teachers and students throughout our community.
I am a mother of 3 great kids and 2 really cute dogs. I have been very lucky to have traveled around the country for the last 21 years with my husband and children as a military family. I have lived in Rhode Island, Florida, New Mexico, Wyoming, Nevada, Nebraska, and Alaska. I have visited 44 states! We left Nebraska two years ago on our final Air Force adventure to Alaska! After two VERY cold and long winters, I am happy to say we have decided to settle here in Bellevue, Nebraska.
I enjoy all types of art. I like to paint, draw, work with clay, and sew. I hope to share my experiences and the excitement of creating something with your own hands with all of my students!
